Vía Hispana provides immigration, relocation, and legal advisory services for foreigners who wish to move to Spain. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Student Visa

  • NIE, bank account setup, tax advisory, insurance and relocation support

We work with qualified lawyers and experts to assist clients in preparing and submitting applications to Spanish authorities.


2. Scope of Services

  • We provide advisory and administrative support to facilitate visa and relocation procedures.

  • Final approval of any visa or permit depends solely on the Spanish Government, embassies, and consulates.

  • We cannot guarantee the outcome of applications, although we commit to provide professional, diligent, and lawful services.


3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information.

  • Supply documents in the format and timeline requested.

  • Comply with Spanish law and the requirements set by the authorities.

  • Pay the agreed service fees in full and on time.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in application delays or denials, for which Vía Hispana shall not be held liable.


4. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Service fees are specified on our website, proposal documents, or agreed in writing.

  • Payments are due upfront, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Government fees (e.g., embassy charges, translations, notarial costs) are not included in our service fees, unless expressly stated.

  • Our fees are non-refundable, except where Vía Hispana has explicitly committed to a refund guarantee in writing.


5. Limitation of Liability

Vía Hispana will not be responsible for:

  • Visa denials by Spanish authorities.

  • Delays caused by embassies, consulates, or other government institutions.

  • Loss of documents due to incorrect information provided by the client.

  • Consequences of changes in Spanish or EU immigration law.

Our liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.viahispana.com, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Vía Hispana and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without prior written consent.


7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client fails to pay fees.

  • The client provides fraudulent or misleading information.

  • Continued representation would be unlawful or unethical.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.


10. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with the date of revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
